Use paprika most Saturdays 1st time using the website but got the order wrong which was disappointing food was still lovely as always but would have been nice to get what we ordered.

I ordered chefs special nan kebab with pakora sauce. However i got kebab with chicken tikka masala with added donner meat onion and green peppers..clearly they were just chucked in the pot with the chicken masala. Then it was smothered over a nan. Bread. no sign of the pakoa sauce. It no need, itwas horrible to look at. Just nan bread soaked in a curry sauce. I had to bin it. Just lazy cooking. I have used Paprika Grill before and bought the same Chefs special kebab its with the chicken grilled not boiled like this one and it was always good. This time it was a disaster.

Hi Phil, sorry to hear that you did not receive what you expected. The spacial kebab is the kebab you probably know as the Egyptian kebab does not come with the grilled chicken. The grilled chicken comes with the paprika spacial kebab . And about your pakora sauce, we apologise for that

Compared to the past there was hardly any doner meat on the mixed nan and the lamb was overcooked, that's happened the with my past 2 orders,one more time and I'll find myself a new shop.

Food is tasty but portions have reduced massively! Doner meat was practically non existent, 4 pieces of lamb and 5 pieces of chicken. Really disappointed as this is usually a favourite of ours. The 'round' part of the Naan wasn't fully covered with the meats.

Our mixed kebabs were delicious and really tasty. I will definitely be ordering another one for my next delivery.

Never have any issues with this fabulous take away food is excellent and the service is always 1st class

Hi, thanks for your review. Firstly, you need to tell the truth. There was not only chicken.There was lamb tikka as well, which is normal for a starter, but still, you phone the shop to complain, and again, we delivered the full portion of the mix tikka starter to you and we still get bad review 😆
